Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any USPS carrier or drop it off at a local Post Office, and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
